Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Mendrix website located at this domain, or by placing an order for a Mendrix product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

Mendrix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and wholesale partners who interact with the Mendrix website or correspond with the studio.

What Mendrix products are

Mendrix products are formulated as daily nutritional food-supplements for adult men. They complement a balanced and varied daily intake. All products are clearly labelled in accordance with applicable food-supplement regulations, including compositional information and recommended daily serving.

Ingredient profiles in Mendrix supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.

We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.

Product descriptions on this website are provided for informational purposes. Mendrix makes no representations that any product is suitable for any particular individual's specific circumstances.

Placing and confirming orders

Orders placed through the Mendrix website or through written correspondence with the studio are subject to acceptance by Mendrix. An order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the order or explicit written confirmation.

Mendrix reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation, any payment received will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

All prices shown on the website are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax. Prices are correct at the time of publication but may be updated without advance notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched. Mendrix accepts payment through the channels listed at checkout. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping and delivery terms

Mendrix ships orders within Indonesia through established logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — they are not guarantees. Mendrix is not liable for delays caused by the logistics provider, customs processes, or circumstances beyond the studio's control.

Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon handover of the order to the logistics provider. Title to the goods passes upon full payment being received.

If an order does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact [email protected] with your order reference. Mendrix will initiate an enquiry with the logistics provider and advise on next steps.

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis for wholesale and institutional orders. Contact [email protected] to discuss terms.

Return and refund conditions

Due to the nature of food-supplement products, Mendrix accepts returns only in the following circumstances:

• The product received differs materially from the product ordered
• The product arrives in a damaged or compromised condition
• The product is outside its stated best-before date at the time of delivery

Return requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request", including the order reference number and a description of the issue. Mendrix will respond within three working days.

Where a return is accepted, Mendrix will arrange collection or provide a return address. Refunds are processed within fourteen calendar days of the returned product being received by the studio, using the original payment method.

Products that have been opened and partially consumed cannot be accepted for return on grounds of personal preference or change of mind.

Content ownership

All content published on the Mendrix website — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, photographs, formulation documentation, batch records (where shared), typographic composition, and graphic elements — is the property of Mendrix or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, copy, store, or distribute any content from this website without the prior written consent of Mendrix.

References to any third-party trademarks, brands, or products on this website are made for descriptive and comparative purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties.

What Mendrix is not liable for

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mendrix excludes liability for:

• Any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published on this website
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of this website
• Third-party website content linked to from this website
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the purchase or use of Mendrix products

Nothing in these terms limits Mendrix's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Mendrix's total liability to any customer in respect of any order shall not exceed the total value paid for the relevant order.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
